Requirements:
1) Page should format correctly to 448px, 758px, 992px, 1024px, and 1200px+ width
2) At lower screen widths, side by side elements should stack on top of one another instead of display next to each other.
2.1) At lower screen widths, the stacked elements should always display picture first, then text, then a margin, picture, text, margin, etc.
