Updated BMI Plugin Documentation #198

Created a page for the BMI plugin as well as edited the documentation on the plugins page with the new parameters that the plugin has.

FYI, you don't need to manually update the plugin parameters page. It is auto-generated by the Markdown plugin.

BTW, the nested lists don't seem to be supported in Markdown (weird I know). I just spaced it out a bit as an alternative. http://seqware.github.io/docs/19/
