Allows whitestar to run without persistent metadata Command invocation is: 

seqware bundle launch --dir target/Workflow_Bundle_HelloOutOfOrder_1.0-SNAPSHOT_SeqWare_1.1.0-alpha.2-SNAPSHOT/ --engine whitestar --no-metadata
seqware bundle launch --dir target/Workflow_Bundle_HelloOutOfOrder_1.0-SNAPSHOT_SeqWare_1.1.0-alpha.2-SNAPSHOT/ --engine whitestar-sge --no-metadata

with the following line in the .seqware/settings

SW_METADATA_METHOD=inmemory
