Feature/travis postgres

Grudge-match over. Seqware now compatible with travis-ci for a "fast" CI build in addition to the slow but thorough Jenkins CI build.

Note that travis ci is pretty cutting edge and tests with

• Java 1.7.0_72
• postgres 9.3
• maven 3.2.3 The last exposes a crazy classpath issue with httpclient
