code to get through and do bacnet Ms/tp through port...also can I get a node-red interface also

Now you can disable RS485 communication from board processor and use the Raspberry pi usart to control it . For route the RS485 interface you need to install 3 jumpers on J3 and use Raspberry pin 33 to control direction. Check the attach schematics indRasp conn indRaspjumper
