it will be awesome to pack this PostCSS plugin for easy use with Grunt.

or at least provide a clear “Usage with Grunt” readme section. done in 889bd50c2a@README.md#104

I will probably do a separate plugin for Grunt, but not in the near future.

Okay, will wait and use grunt-postcss instead for now.
