Initial support of TP-LINK ArcherC5 v4

Just to make sure work in progress and need help to understand what need to be change to work with network

Based on changes:

• https://github.com/openwrt/openwrt/commit/fdd3a05c407d2d0793ec9434cd31197b15846f8d
• https://gitlab.com/hadzhioglu/padavan-ng/-/commit/769e9b510b1c49d6f403e54fe4c69e1183a5c017

But still network is not working while the recovey console or recovery web. Any suggestion what can be done to fix it?
