Add windows to supported platforms table #23

Hi, @webfolderio! Thank you for the contribution. I'll definitely merge this one #16 is finally resolved, waiting for the confirmation from @gsaxena888 /@nkataeva that the winfsp integration works as expected. Or maybe you can confirm if you use it :)

@SerCeMan Hi! I tried both running from master and winfsp branches - yet not working. I am also checking @webfolderio statfs method to count size.
