[Coursera Site Bug Report] Can't audit new course #23

When I click on 'Audit this course' to enroll in the course, it does nothing. The course is NoSQL Database Systems

Console error: uncaught exception: [object Object]

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; W…) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/65.0

When it sends a POST to https://www.coursera.org/api/openCourseMemberships.v1 Response: {"errorCode":null,"message":"Forbidden membership request [3]","details":null}
