When player login he can fly #56

Kind of problem, sometimes when player login he can fly and his HUD looks like he in spectator, but he is still in survival mod

It is a expected behavior.

SimpleLogin will change player's game mode to spectator when he's not logged in, in order to forbid any interactions(i.e. moving inventories, mining blocks).
