Pending feedback: Install two-factor and wp-recaptcha-integration by default

Two encourage the usage of these two plugins (and decrease the likelyhood of people using other lower quality plugins for the same purpose) install (but do not activate) these security plugins by default:

I second this change. The plugins are tried and tested and it would be useful to have them on the site as default.

Note: The commit message should mention the removal of native-lazyload.

No worries! It seems to me that it was just a left-over from the previous maintainer leaving. PR that fixes the documentation is in https://github.com/tareq1988/wp-recaptcha-integration/pull/94
