Update object-cache.php to version 2.4.1 #205

Update object-cache from version 1.6.2 to 2.4.1. This limits PHP support to 7.0 and newer.

This should fix https://github.com/Seravo/wordpress/issues/201 and https://github.com/Seravo/wordpress/issues/204
