Ravnos entry as 'Ravno' #62

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The search dialog boxes for vampires and library cards have Ravnos
listed as Ravno

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

3.1.0 MAC OS X 10.5.x

Actually I assume it has to do with some text parsing on the CSV file to 
consolidate
the problem names.  This issue (the missing s) is also aplicable to Harbringer 
of Skulls.

Yes.
This is because of fixing up mistakes in the CSV file.  I will have to add some 
special 
cases in to solve this.

I've put in some code to handle the special case for the Ravnos and Harbinger 
of Skulls
