In order to be ready for a new workout and / or cool-down my body from crushing workouts

Acceptance criteria
[ ] 'warm-up / cool-down' button at navigation bar clickable - navigates to the site 'warm-up / cool-down'
[ ] Several "Warm-Up / Cool-Down" programs are visable on this site
[ ] Each name of the program is clearly to understand as "Warm-Up" or as "Cool-Down" program
[ ] each program contains its exercises listed below the name of the program
[ ] on the right of the name of each exercise is a button 'instructions' to show instructions of how to do the exercise below the name of each exercise
[ ] after clicking the button 'instructions" the button switches to 'close'. Clicking it will close the instructions again
[ ] the program list is vertically scrollable
[ ] make sure, that it works responsive
Tasks
[ ] create branch 'warmup-cooldown-program'
[ ] add a data-lib 'warmUpCoolDownPrograms.js with all needed data
[ ] create a page 'warmUpCoolDown
[ ] 'warm-up / cool-down' button at navigation bar clickable - navigates to the site 'warm-up / cool-down'
[ ] implement the routing to the new page 'warmUpCoolDownList.js'
[ ] create a 'warmUpCoolDownProgramCard' that renders the list of Warm-Up & Cool-Down programs and its exercises
[ ] create a 'instructions/close' mode to hide or to show all exercise instructions below each exercise name that closes by clicking 'close' again
