Option to wrap around existing shape? #57

Hello, is there an option for the text to wrap around an existing shape? For example, one specified as an image. If I have an existing image, let's say a picture of a person, I want the words to wrap around the person, but not on the person's face. Do you think this is possible? Thank you.

I don't mind inputting the shape data myself, for example, if it is necessary to have a vector shape.
