  Description

  This pull request converts the Strategies/StrategyBase.py file to a pydantic class. It also adds a new file Strategies/Strategy.py which contains the pydantic class definition for the Strategy model.

Summary

• Added Strategies/Strategy.py file which contains the Strategy pydantic class definition.
• Converted Strategies/StrategyBase.py to use the Strategy class from the new file.
