Add debian package, old-style support with --show-all

Add an install/uninstall script (install.sh)
Add a --show-all option (as was originally default)
Add a working deb package that builds from Git each time.
Make code 100% PEP8 compliant (ran it through flake8 (PEP8 checker) this time)
Make README clearer
Change icons location to /usr/share/lks-indicator (this is done by install.sh)
