[Q] About Origin Name #66

Dear Sergey Korneyev: I want to add the original file name to my notes, but I don't want to add two links to my notes, because it makes my notes messy, and I can press "Ctrl" and click this image to jump to this image.

add a toggle，if toggle false，Original Name = “”，else Original Name = original name；
