feat: data fetching utils #9

api docs read - really not much found in there :)
payload copied into mocks
adaptor fn run - worked out expected data structure - interfaces created.
unit test for expected things
fetching util fn
unit test verified the outcome ,(tbc one used on page but should be fine. )
