yagf version 0.91 on ubuntu 12.10 also installed tesseract-ocr-jpn 3.02-2 but japanese language doesn't appear in language list

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run yagf
2. Load image file of japanese kanji characters
3. Try to change language to Japanese to OCR

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see japanese as a language option in the drop down select list.  I 
don't see such an option, many languages but no japanese.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
