Task bar disappears permanently #102

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click the task bar to give it focus (was side-docked with auto-hide)
2. Use Ctrl-Alt # to quickly send task bar to other desktops

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected behavior would have been to find the auto-hiding task bar on one
of the 4 default desktops. Instead, it is not visible anywhere. On some
desktops the windows start logo sometimes remains as an artifact. The win key
still allows access to the start menu from all desktops, it is just the task
bar that it missing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
mdesktop 1.5
Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
The task bar should probably always be visible on every desktop instead of
being able to be sent to a specific one.

I had this one crop up today on 1.6b3 today (I have focus-follows-mouse and I
was hovering over the taskbar rather than my window).
Start button was still visible in my normal spot but taskbar was gone.

But the taskbar came back when switching away from that desktop and then back.
