Difficulties when compiling from source

Hello, I have tried compiling the latest (21/10/2011) version from source. It 
compiles, but crashes immediately after I start it. (crash.dat attached)
If I try to run it I get an error. (screenshot attached)

My environment is Windows 7 x64
