VB6 applications (IDE and apps) don't move between desktops well #117

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch either a VB6 app or the VB6 IDE
2. Attempt to use "Send To Desktop" command

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the application to move. It doesn't

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
