A feature I used alot in Finestra Virtual Desktops was the ability to have 
certain applications bound to one particular desktop (i.e. firefox on desktop 
one, digsby on desktop two) - if a particular application opened on another 
desktop, it would be shifted to the desktop it was bound to.

Would this be a possible implementation?

This is perhaps my favorite feature of FVD...I would love to see this before 
having one app appear on all Desktops.
