Please enable free choice of hotkeys: as the discussion on the alt-gr (AKA 
right-alt+ctrl) issue indicates, ANY fixed hotkey may already be in use for a 
user. The windows key is a good mofdifier, since it is dedicated to be used as 
a hotkey, but why not allow any key combination to do any task?
