1.6 Beta - Windows hidden permanently #96

Tried 1.5 Beta on Windows 7 x64

I changed the number of desktops while I had windows opened, and could not 
retrieve the windows afterwards. I checked all 10 desktops and they were 
nowhere to be found, but task manager said they were still running.
