it doesnt save NPCS that arent in the default world #21

am on paper 1.19, minehut

i made a new world with multiverse, i put npcs there, set them to persistent, all of that.

they get deleted on server restart.

please fix

update: it does save, but its disabled in the config

please make it not auto disable
