Move almost all [D2DPixelShaderSource] diagnostics to analyzers #757
Description
This PR optimizes the diagnostics in the
[D2DPixelShaderSource]
generator. It moves these to analyzers:It then further optimizes the diagnostics setup in the generator, by dropping the array builder entirely.
