The idea of the project is that a user progresses from "regex noob" to "regex master". Every good tier system has some type of distinction between ranks. We need a good ranking system, for example:
Regexee - Newest member, has not be proven on any level..
Regexor - Has passed basic tests and shows potential..
... etc.. etc..
Feel free to come with how many / how few you feel is best. Accepted titles will directly affect the future User object.
