There should be a list of all projects in the app

Should be able to look into

Todos should be inserted into a default folder
User should be able to change the project it belongs to
When creating a new todo, users should be able to select from existing toDo's Projects

Might need to do #9 first to allow for edit

Also, remember that the todo creation includes "default" as default project
