Added library.json file to make it a valid library.

Please make sure to update the following sections with the appropriate information:

• keywords ... To more appropriate ones
• authors.email ... To your email
• authors.url ... To your website or relevant page
• platforms ... Currently, I know it does not work on the Arduino Uno (atmelavr) or other boards, but it may work on some other boards. I leave it to you to decide whether list the supported platforms strictly or leave it a wildcard.
