[WIP] Code Cleanup

An attempt to clean up the code and use consistent formatting across all files.

• [x] Remove unnecessary variable boxing (Integer.parseInt, substrings, etc)
• [x] Remove brackets from one-line if statements
• [x] Remove redundant whitespace
• [ ] Improve JavaDoc

This is still under construction, I want to hear your feedback.
