New field display parameter based on Bootstrap Grid #153

To have more control over the display of fields based on the Bootstrap grid system, it would be helpful to have a new "display parameter" handling the display options:

Display of fields where? On the form? In the article? Anyway, that is what I am using now for all templates either grid or BS flex utility.

This display parameter should be part of the field parameter and have an effect at least on "record" and "records" view.
