Feature request. Possibility to create lists. #28

If it is possible it will be good if there will be option to create more lists like bookmarks, it will be good option for many kinds of catalogs. for example in my situation it is movie catalogue where users will have listls like : Currently Watching, watched, plan to watch, dropped an so on. Also it will be good in recipes catalog and others too.

@Giorgi625 should name of the lists to be predefined or allow a user to create their own lists?

For me it will be enough if admin will have possibility to create and name lists (so predefined). But if users will be able also to create own lists like there are user categories it will be good too.

User categories is very different thing. I see this feature something like bookmarks with extra icon on toolbar besides bookmark star icon. This icon should call modal window with available lists and user will select prefered list add record. Something like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n8XHiDoonOE&feature=youtu.be but with only feature to add to list. This feature also may be usefull for other kind of sites, for example recipe site, user will add recipes to plan to cook recipe list or other. Users may not be able to create records but will be able to add other users records to lists. 100% same thing as bookmark feature, but multiplied and with different titles.

I'll keep this feature but as low priority. Let's see what others like @kiranetph think about this.

I would agree to low priority at this stage. V9 should focus first on the new "features" like front-end editing, the refactored fielsd, improved import and usability (quick start, conditional parameters... ) as well as some visual polish .. ;-)
