Yes no parm settings sometimes show sometimes not #68

When I add a new field the buttons don't show. cobaltbufname

Once I select a field type they do cbyes2

If shoose to edit a field that is already created they again do not show. I have to change the field type then they show back up.

I see this is due to full screen mode and addressed here: https://github.com/Serhioromano/cobalt-9/issues/33
