Pumpkillager Summoning doesn't work

Minecraft version: 1.19.2 Modloader: Forge Forge version: 43.2.0 Environment: Singleplayer Mod name: Pumpkillager's Quest Mod version: 3.2

I followed the instructions for the questline until the part where you do the summoning ritual for the Pumpkillager for the battle. I double checked that the ritual was structured properly, but nothing happened no matter how I did it.
