Gitignore Eagle Files #3

Cleaned up circuit directory, and modified .gitignore to ignore unnecessary Eagle files.

Thanks a ton! I'm a bit unfamiliar with EAGLE's project structure, so I felt safer dumping everything and fixing it up later. If I realized how large the other files were, I would've taken it more seriously myself.
