Subscribers are not syncing #20

How long does it take for Stream Theory to sync with my subs?

It should be syncing every hour and the first time a user connects. I will investigate why your's has not updated and provide a manual override.

Thanks for the information. I have identified the issue. As a work around to get things up and running instantly I have synced your account and also provided a method of performing manual syncs with subscribers at https://twitch.seravy.com/Admin. I will close this ticket when the hourly updates have resumed.
