Dependencies are updated up to latest versions #4

I've updated dependencies because current version of the framework is not working with redis URL provided by Heroku Updated version is working fine.

Dear author, please merge the pull request. It's required for my Telegram Bot development

Hi, I will check for the Redis version today or maybe tomorrow. Also you can use custom redis client, see https://github.com/SerjoPepper/bot-brother/issues/2
