Several improvements to do :

[ ] Should notify errors when fetching ressource is failing
[x] Should notify when an opportunity is bookmarked or removed from bookmarks
[x] Should notify when a content is reported

Should notify for all existing notification types too

[ ] when a message is revived
[ ] when a proposal is made
[ ] etc...
