Often it is not possible to directly run an unsaved document. The save() command blocks the file

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Modify file
Don't save
Run (F5)
Expected behavior
File should be run, after save is completed
Error Message
CScript-Fehler: Das Laden des Skripts "d:\Temp\vbscript-files_mywmi.vbs" ist fehlgeschlagen (Der Prozess kann nicht auf die Datei zugreifen, da sie von einem anderen Prozess verwendet wird. ).
