Launch Configuration #42

To run scripts a custom command "VBS: Run Script" is used, the build-in commands aren't use and don't work. Provide an own launch configuration to support the commands.

if don't click into the document before F5 vbs.runscript command isn't trigger, the vs code F5 trigger starts
