3 years ago It shows for me. My guess would be you're using the aura homestyle instead of netflix homestyle?
I don't know how it differentiates between initial trailer vs season trailers, or if it even does. I barely use it for tv shows.

Also is this a library item? Or addon item? And what path are you using for it? I don't think this should matter, but just in case.

3 years ago Well going through your logs was fun, I've never seen how .strm files work within Kodi. Looks kinda cool and busy lol but I wasn't expecting it to have italian elements though lol
But these seem fishy:

Are you sure you're running the latest (released) version of AuraMod? It also looks like themoviedb.helper is also not up to date.
AuraMod is v1.0.36 atm and Themoviedb.helper is at 4.3.10 atm

It also looks like you're running Kodi 19.0.0 instead of 19.1.0 I'd look into upgrading, they've been fixing a lot of little bugs for Windows users, like us. Like file hosting problems and cache'ing problems. kodi v19.1 smoothed some things out for me.
Double check everything is up to date, then try out the trailer feature again to see if it still bugs out. let me know

3 years ago It's probably because of AuraMOD 1.0.4, this version is many months old and basically has no fixes compared to sky's original Leia version. Good catch @jojobrogess

3 years ago I have all up to date. In windows I see trailer. In android (nvidia shield) nope. I cant understand why

3 years ago Please update to AuraMOD v1.0.36 and TMDBHelper v4.3.15 from Github.
Then check the following:
1. Skin Settings > Library views > Configure Netflix VideoInfo > Configure buttons > Trailer > Enabled
2. You are not playing any video in the background
3. Item type is tvshow or movie
4. ListItem.Trailer is not empty or Window(Home).Property(TMDBHelper.ListItem.Trailer) is not empty
The option to see trailer is only available for Movies but it's possibile to Add also to TV Series? Now it's not show
