Minimal width for the main window

Could you update the minimum width of the main window ?

As I haven't update the editor for a long time, by extending the size of the main windows, I realized I was missing some tools (BG, outline). It seems a bit odd to be able to reduce the size and hide the toolbar as the editor is only using visual icons.
