Feature request: Export/Import frames and masks

If we want to restart a project, would be intereresting have a tool for export and import a range of frames with or withou masks related, for help to start a new version or a clean version of same project.

Another good tool: a tool for export/import colours sets.

Another option would be enable the copy/paste frames and mask btween two projects
