smart_class_picker freezing the game #133

This is currently an issue with smart_class_picker where it may freeze the game while a match is starting. It's being worked on, and should hopefully be fixed soon.

For now, please leave smart_class_picker as false, and if you do decide to keep it on, you'll need to kill the SCPSL.exe process that stays running in the background after the server freezes.

I've finally found the issue! The fix should be in the next release!
