[x] Configurable length player wait timer
[x] Minimum players to start round
[x] Nuke minimum round time before arming setting.
[x] Stop 106 from teleport into facility after nuke. Same for pocket dimension escapees.
[x] Item anti-spam
[x] SCP counters (all default 1, can be used to increase the amount of types of SCPs)
[x] 106 cleanup reintroduced.

About item anti-spam If it's possible it's better to make item life time (except key cards) to delete dropped item after 5 minutes to prevent low FPS. Also there are cheaters that are using noclip, idk if it's possible to detect it and prevent with autoban.

The item anti spam is to only stop an exploit where people keep spawning items until the server crashes using cheat software/hacks. its not intended to actually clean the map up.

Is a moderation log of all commands put through the remote admin console also going to be created?
