#13.e.i Ensure taxonomy information is correctly sync'd to Target

To test:

• Create EDD Download item
• Select or create a Category to add to the item.
• Select or create a Tag to add to the item.
• Push EDD Download item to Target site
• View EDD Download item on Target site. Item will have Category and Tag selections that match those of the Source.
• Change taxonomy information on Source; add a new Tag to the Download item, for example.
• Push EDD Download item to Target
• View EDD Download item on Target. Item will have Tag selections that match those of the Source.
