Exclude sales and earnings from sync #16

EDD stores two meta values which should probably be excluded from the sync push/pull: _edd_download_sales and _edd_download_earnings. Syncing those could result in some minor issues. We might want to discuss some more sophisticated handling of this in the future but for now I think it is best to just exclude these entirely.
