Show notice and deactivate if WPSS core not active #9

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Do not activate WPSS Core
  2. Activate Genesis add-on

RESULT:

No message that WPSS is required and plugin remains activated.

EXPECTED RESULT:

When WPSS is not installed, need to display a message that WPSS is required and disable the plugin.
